Every year, LULAC actively participates in empowering Hispanic families in El Paso, through a combination of direct service programs and advocacy efforts. LULAC recognizes the importance of providing assistance and support to this community, working towards their social, economic, and educational advancement.

Through various programs and initiatives, LULAC aims to enhance the lives of Hispanic families by addressing their specific needs and challenges. LULAC serves as a voice for this community, advocating for their rights and interests on local, state, and national platforms. By dedicating themselves to this cause annually, LULAC plays a crucial role in empowering Hispanic families in El Paso.

LULAC Legends Program

At LULAC Legends Program, where we pay tribute to and honor the contributions of LULAC members who have played significant roles in making our organization what it is today. 

Through scholarships, we aim to provide financial assistance and opportunities to deserving students, enabling them to continue their educational journey and achieve their goals.

The Chicano Studies Program at UTEP and LULAC collaborated to showcase five talented authors who celebrated the literary heritage of the El Paso borderland region.

Through the efforts of 16 educational service centers across the U.S., including Puerto Rico, and a host of national programs, LNESC has made positive impact on the future leaders of our community.
